WHERE DOES PNL BUILDERS BUILD?
We build on your Central Texas lot. PNL Builders creates custom homes in Liberty Hill and surrounding areas including Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, and more.
WHAT FLOOR PLANS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer 5 floor plan families designed by Danze & Davis Architects, ranging from 2,184 to 2,732 sqft. All plans are fully customizable.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FLOOR PLAN?
Yes! We can work with your existing plans or modify our standard plans to fit your vision.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE?
Minimum lot width depends on the chosen floor plan. Our smallest plans fit on 46-foot-wide lots.
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Contact us to schedule a consultation. We'll assess your lot, discuss your needs, and present floor plan options.
DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED LENDER?
We work with several preferred lenders who understand the construction loan process.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LOT ASSESSMENT?
Our lot assessment includes topography review, utility availability, setback analysis, and foundation recommendations.
WILL YOU PROVIDE LOT CLEARING?
Yes, lot clearing is included in our build-on-your-lot packages.
WHAT CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer structural options, finish selections, and layout modifications. Contact us to discuss your customization needs.
HOW LONG DOES CONSTRUCTION TAKE?
Typical construction takes 6-8 months from foundation pour to completion.
WHAT FOUNDATION HEIGHT IS INCLUDED?
Standard foundation height is included. Additional height can be added based on lot requirements.
ARE UTILITIES/WELL/SEPTIC INCLUDED?
Utility connections are included for community builds. Well and septic for rural lots are quoted separately.
ARE PERMIT FEES COVERED?
Standard building permits are included in the contract price.
WHAT WARRANTIES ARE PROVIDED?
We provide a comprehensive warranty: 1-year workmanship, 2-year systems, and 10-year structural.
IS LANDSCAPING INCLUDED?
Basic front yard landscaping is included. Full landscape packages are available as upgrades.
